Tutorial: How to use the feature "drafted filetted pad" in Catia V5

Step 1
sketch a rectangle on the xy plane. Insert sketch based features->drafted fileted pad

Or click the arrow mark below the "pad" option to get it from your tool bar.

Fill the parameters as per given in the figure.

This is the result for the above parameters.

If the direction of padding is reversed, this is the result.

Now let's do the same drafted fileted pad by using a plane as the limit. You will get a clearance in this case.

If the direction is reversed in this case then the clearance is not provided.

The result of the previous parameters selection is this. If
you do not want the part to be fileted, then uncheck the fillet
parameters from the dilog box of drafted fileted pad.
