Sketch >> Top plane.

Draw a circle of 20mm dia.

Extrude it by 100mm.

Sketch >> Top face.

Draw a polygon with 17mm radii circle.

Extrude it by 10mm.

Sketch >> Right plane.

Take reference with the edges and draw a triangle.

Revolve it about the center axis with remove material.

Chamfer the lower edge with 45 x D (D=2.50).

Insert >> Helical Sweep >> Cut.

Click Done.

Select Front plane.

Click Default.

Now draw a center line about the vertical axis.

Draw another line and spline tangent to it.

Exit the sketch. Now input the pitch value = 2.50.

Click OK and now draw the section. Draw a Iso triangle with 2.4mm at 3mm from axis.

Exit the sketch and define the cut-side be inside of sketch.

Click OK and the feature is generated. We can see the thread ended in regular fashion.

We have the bolt created.
