Choose Slant Rectangle tool.

Create slant rectangle.

Extrude it and click Remove material. The height be up to next surface.

Click OK and the cut is generted.

Axis tool.

Select circular face and the axis is generated.

While selecting cut feature click Edit >> Pattern.

Defined by axis.

Set the angular extent button.

Increase the number of times to somewhat ~27.

Click OK.

Insert >> Warp.

Select body.

Select Twist tool.

Change the direction.

Input the Angle value.

Click OK and the feature is generated.
